=Prices of the wigs =

The prices of wigs includes shipping ^^ pls note that collection of wigs can be by meetups[at my convenience] or postage[covered by you]

=Keeping of wigs =

I cannot stress enough of this. YOU CHECK YOUR OWN STATUS OF YOUR WIG, I WILL NOT MASS PM/INFORM YOU ABOUT ARRIVALS. YOU KEEP CHECK. NOT ME. as of 03/11. Any wigs that are kept beyond one month at my place without any special situation/reason WILL BE SOLD OFF AND NOT REFUNDED.

No contact within one month[unless there is a special situation], is regarded as buyer MIA. item forfeited.

--- i usually keep wigs for a very long period but please do not take it as granted because if above citeria are fulfiled and there is a buyer, I WILL SELL IT AWAY. ---

=Colour =

colour are as accurate as possible.
there might be slight difference due to light calibration, but basically it would not be a big notice-able difference.
I always personally make sure of the colour before i release it to you. If it is not to the correct colour, i will usually ask for a replacement.

=Wig quality and lenght =

- Wigs are made of heat resistant fibres[= good quality].
This does not mean them they wont burn up if you throw them into the fire =.=/
heat resistant fibres allow the use of curlers and straighteners.

- If something is wrong with the wig, please ask me before doing anything to the wig ^^ thank you. if not, i will not be able to refund you.

use the lenght as stated. measure with a MEASURING tape from the top of your head to desired lenght. minimum hair lenght should be usually 30CM[as stated on chart]

hair lenght beneath 30CM will be classed under styling, extra charges will be implemented

=Shipment times =

- shipment times are VERY unstable due to the situation at the factory. Usually, I would say give it at least 1 month - 1 1/2 months

=Refunds =

- Refund = cash / replacement of wig.
What it covers:
- wrong colour
- lenght shorter then original by 15cm
- Obvious wrong style [curly wig coming in spikey form]
- Bad wig making [hair falling apart upon opening package and other situations// inquire.]

What it will not cover:
- used wigs
- wigs that are in your possession for 5 days

This whole "store" has been runned by ONE PERSON, namely me Sochii, for more than 3yrs[on sgcafe.com] and still going on. sorry for the messy layout, but i m not exactly tech-savvy

So all I ask is for you to read everything carefully, before approaching me with any enquiries which might be answered already.

If you dont like the way i work, or have a problem with it. Please do not buy from me and save us all the arguments and trouble k?
